Transfer: Man United told to send Cristiano Ronaldo on loan

Football pundit, Jordan Davies has told Manchester United to loan Cristiano Ronaldo out to a club where he can play the Champions League last season.

He also explained how the Red Devils could extend Ronaldo’s contract before loaning him out.

Ronaldo wants to play Champions League football for as long as possible and is looking to join a club playing in the competition this season.

There is a possibility that he could leave on loan this summer before returning to Old Trafford next summer should they secure a return to Europe’s top table.

“An option is for Ronaldo to be loaned out for a season to play in the UEFA Champions League,” he told talkSPORT.

“He has an option to sign another year with Utd next summer, by then Man Utd hope to be [back in the UCL].”
