Man Utd vs Liverpool: Real reason I benched Ronaldo – Ten Hag

Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has explained why he left Cristiano Ronaldo out of Monday night’s crunch game against Liverpool.

Ronaldo is not named in Ten Hag’s starting XI along with captain Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw.

The Dutchman is in search of his first win in charge of the Red Devils and has said he chose a front line that can press Jurgen Klopp’s men.
