Carvajal hints Mbappe to wear Real Madrid shirt
Real Madrid defender, Dani Carvajal has hinted that Paris Saint-Germain forward, Kylian Mbappe could ‘wear the Los Blancos shirt in the future’.
Mbappe is yet to sign a new contract with PSG and his current deal with the club will expire at the end of the season.
The 23-year-old will be a free agent in the summer when his contract with the Ligue 1 giants expires in June.
Reports had earlier emerged that Real Madrid are said to have agreed on a bumper contract with Mbappe to join the LaLiga giants this summer.
Mbappe will reportedly pull in £41.5m per year in wages at Real Madrid.
However, Carvajal has now added to that speculation by saying it could happen Mbappe will join Real Madrid.
“Mbappé is a great player. It seems his contract runs out now and well… It could happen he wears our shirt in the future,” Carvajal was quoted by Daily Mail as saying on Radioestadio.
